These Terms of Service apply to your use of the RAINING PEONIES website and to any purchases made through our online store.

1. About RAINING PEONIES
RAINING PEONIES is an independent children’s clothing brand.
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RAINING PEONIES.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings, and minor variations may occur between individual products.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to products, materials, colours, packaging or designs where necessary, provided that this does not materially affect the product ordered.
3. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after your order has been placed. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has entered production or that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product description error, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
4. Pre-Orders
Certain products may be available as pre-orders.
Pre-order products are not necessarily held in stock at the time your order is placed. They are ordered or produced in preparation for the stated fulfilment period.
Estimated delivery dates and timeframes are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed dates.
Manufacturing, shipping, customs, supplier or other unforeseen delays may occasionally affect the expected delivery timeframe.
Where there is a significant change to an estimated delivery timeframe, we will endeavour to keep affected customers informed by email.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing an item that may not be immediately available for dispatch.
5. Personalised Products
Some products may be personalised according to information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted for personalisation is accurate, including names, spelling, dates, sizes and any other details.
Please carefully check your personalisation information before completing your order.
Once an order has reached the personalisation stage, it cannot generally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind, where permitted by law.
If RAINING PEONIES makes an error with the personalisation, please contact us and we will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
This section does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors.
Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed.
We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. We do not generally have access to your full payment card details.
7. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery information and estimated timeframes will be displayed on our website where applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
RAINING PEONIES cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any statutory rights available to customers under applicable UK consumer law.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Customers are responsible for following all applicable care, washing and safety instructions supplied with products.
